I’m Karina — a certified yoga and stretch coach with 18 years of experience in movement, sports, and body awareness. I created KarinaStretchme to offer something different: a space where you don’t have to perform or prove anything — just show up and feel supported. My approach is soft but intentional, blending breath, mindful movement, and emotional care.

Nope! Flexibility is the result, not the requirement. Most of our students start feeling tight or stiff - and we gently improve range of motion over time through consistent, mindful movement.
Yes, absolutely. Classes are beginner-friendly and designed to meet you where you are. Whether it’s your first time or you’re returning after a break, we guide with patience and care.
Just wear something stretchy and comfy. We provide mats, blocks, straps, and all the props you’ll need - plus a peaceful space to relax and move.
Classes are 55–60 minutes, including time to arrive, ground yourself, and unwind at the end. There’s no rush - just a steady, calming flow.
We keep it small on purpose - usually 4 to 8 people max. That way, you get personal attention, more space, and a true feeling of support.
Please let us know ahead of time - we’re happy to adapt. We offer modifications and slow, safe movement to support your healing and comfort.
Yes! Private 1:1 sessions are available at the studio or in your home. It’s a great option if you want personal focus or feel more comfortable in a quieter setting.
Yes - weekly live Zoom sessions you can join from anywhere. You’ll still receive real-time feedback, and we also offer replays if you miss it.
Of course. We just ask for 6+ hours’ notice when possible so we can offer your spot to someone else. Life happens - we’re flexible.
You’re not alone - many of our students feel the same at first. Our space is soft, private, and kind. You’ll feel accepted from your very first class.
We focus on real-life wellness - not performance. It’s a blend of gentle movement, breath, and emotional reset. It’s about slowing down and coming home to your body, at your own pace.
We’re women-led and designed with women in mind, but we welcome anyone who values calm, respect, and personal growth. All are welcome here.
A single class is $50, or you can get a 10-class pack for $400. We also offer a free trial for your first class - no pressure, just come feel it out.
Yes! We often run offers for referrals, students, and first-timers. Plus occasional seasonal workshops and bonus sessions just for the community.
Please book ahead, as classes are small and spots fill quickly. Booking takes less than a minute online or via message - easy and flexible.
Not at all. Many of our students are beginners, or just easing back in. Everyone is welcome, and you’ll never be pushed beyond what feels good.
We usually play soft, calming background music to help you relax. If you prefer quiet, feel free to ask - we’re happy to adjust.
